An abandoned tree
That just won’t sway
And can’t be free
Slowly breathing
Like a sickly child
All memories fading
Not young or wild..”
These are the first few lines from poem number 18 in ‘Death & Darker Realms’. Like even the most beautiful flower finally rots away, so do we. Time ensures things change. But there are those, that never do.
