It is supposed to be a fun message, not to be taken seriously. So I laughed. Especially for the times I picked up books just because they had lovely covers. A lot of us do it. No shame in that. It is true that in the long run, its not about the cover but what is inside. But sometimes, just sometimes, getting something just for the way it looks is not a bad thing. Like how I am always tempted to buy beautiful hardback brown leather classics that I have already read. They look like chocolate for god’s sake! I want pretty books. Sigh.
